This system was built by an appraiser specifically to solve the limited-customization problem in the big-name appraisal tools. While those platforms charge high monthly fees and force rigid workflows, this one delivers deep customization, advanced automation, and full control—refined through years of real use and proven to scale a business by over 600 percent.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?
No. We created it for busy business owners who don’t have time to learn complicated software. If you can click a mouse and read a chart, you can jump in on day one.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
You have 30 days to make sure it works for you. Because you’re buying a customized template and the labor is front-loaded, a free trial isn’t possible, but the demo videos above show exactly what it does. Watch them, then reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help.
Can I import my existing client or order data?
Yes, you can. We offer free importing of up to one year of data and charge $200 for each additional five years’ worth.
Can I Buy the Silver Plan and Upgrade Later?
Yes and No (mostly No). SIlver is basic. Gold is robust (over 5 years in the making). Technically, you can buy the Silver and pay to have it upgraded (or do it yourself ), but the hours and money it would take to bring Silver to the Gold level are quite cost prohibitive.
Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?
Both. The price on this page is a one-time payment for the customized templates and automations. You’ll also need an active Monday.com subscription (Pro level or higher) for at least three seats so the template can run. That subscription includes full support from the Monday.com team.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. TruHome Tracker never stores your data. Everything lives on Monday.com, a well-respected platform with a long track record of keeping customer data safe.
Is customization or training available?
Your purchase includes up to four hours of customization and/or training for you and your team. Additional design or training time is available at an hourly rate.
Can this work for both solo offices and appraisal teams?
